The Animal Bite Center (ABC) is a designated health facility responsible for the management of animal bite cases, including risk assessment, wound care, and administration of rabies post-exposure prophylaxis in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) protocols. It supports rabies prevention programs through case monitoring, reporting, and public health education.
